Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead key accounts and help develop project management as a discipline within our (small) existing team.

The right candidate will have the following qualities:
—5+ years leading client relationships for a brand, design or digital agency
—Highly organized, responsive and detail-oriented
—Clear communicator with strong writing and speaking skills
—Enjoys collaborating across strategy, creative and implementation work
—Comfort engaging clients and presenting project objectives and process
—Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
—Experience managing complex digital and print production processes a plus

This position will primarily be responsible for:
—Leading a small number of our most strategically important client relationships
—Managing internal resources across projects
—Ensuring projects stay on track, on time and on budget through to delivery
—Looking for opportunities to develop project extensions or related workstreams
—Helping develop more formalized project management workflows
—Leading presentation of objectives and process in client meetings

In additional, this position will be involved in:
—Project discovery, such as audits, research and interviews
—Assisting project teams in sourcing of materials and production requirements
—New business outreach and response
—Marketing and communications on the firm’s behalf
