Making Modular Construction Mainstream

Working with the team at MiTek, a Berkshire Hathaway company, and architect Danny Forster, we helped develop the strategy and nomenclature for MiTek Modular, a new initiative focused on making modular construction easier to use at scale.

The challenge was not just the technology. MiTek needed a clear way to explain how its system could improve the construction process for developers, architects, contractors and other industry partners.

We developed the brand strategy and a naming system for the overall platform, methodology and key stages of the process, giving MiTek a clear structure for bringing the initiative to market.
