Set on 55 acres overlooking Kenoza Lake in the heart of the Catskills, Kenoza Hall is a restored early-1900s estate reimagined as a refined country retreat. The property combines rustic Catskills charm with the ease and sophistication of a contemporary boutique.

Love & War developed Kenoza Hall’s full brand identity, including the name, visual system, and guest-facing materials. Using hand-drawn illustrations and reserved typography, we created a contemporary expression of the property’s historic character. The result is a brand that feels quietly refined, grounded in nature, and unmistakably of the Catskills.
