Quadpay
A better way to pay
Prior to their acquisition by Zip, we developed a brand strategy and visual identity recommendation for Quadpay, an early leader in the “buy now, pay later” boom.
Our strategy was rooted in aligning Quadpay more closely to the changing attitudes of younger consumers towards debt and materialism — positioning the brand not against its direct competitors, but against a larger foil: credit card debt. This in turn helped the brand engage the most influential retail brands, who shared a desire to respect the sneaky financial savvy of an oft-maligend group that was effectively being patronized by competitors pushing a “buy more now!” message.
