Designed by the acclaimed architectural firm ODA, The Harper is a new-build luxury condominium on the Upper East Side featuring spacious multi-bedroom units and a suite of unique amenities—such as playrooms, music practice rooms, and studios—geared toward longer-term, family living. The challenge was to help the brand stand out amidst the numerous luxury condo options entering the market at the time of its launch.
Rather than attempt to "out-luxury" the competition, we positioned The Harper as an elevated yet surprisingly down-to-earth, neighborhood-centric experience. Charming sketch illustrations were integrated into the identity, adding a personal touch that further highlighted the building’s family-friendly ethos. Our tagline, "A modern vision of residential life in the city," signaled a fresh approach to urban living. The result was a highly successful launch, robust sales, and nearly sold-out inventory shortly after coming to market.
